RTS that seeks to capture the magic of 90s/early 2000s 2D and 2.5D RTS games like Command & Conquer, Starcraft and Age of Empires 2, though gameplay will be the most like C&C.
Built on the OpenRA engine.
Sprites are made by 3D modeling objects and rendering them from orthogonal angles.
Three factions are planned, each with a totally different playstyle, mechanics and overall aesthetic (so no symmetrical factions ala AOE2 or Galactic Battlegrounds).
Large concrete fortress walls. Due to the segment sprites changing when arranged to form corners, some interesting shapes can be created.
Academy structure producing infantry.
A small base including several tanks and infantry, a Communications array, Power Plant and a row of Barracks.
A gate automatically lowering to allow units to pass through.
