LIKO-12 is a fantasy console made with LÖVE. LIKO-12 differs in that it is licensed as FOSS and its restrictions are much less hard-set than many of the other available fantasy consoles available. This of course allows you to create more fleshed out or graphically dense games, while retaining a 64kb disk size. Some of the notable features are complete cross-platform support, sprite compression, the ability to modify the palette at runtime, and support for easily sharing disks online via pastebins. Because LIKO-12 runs natively on Android, it is possible to make entire games directly on a smart-phone, tablet or other Android devices. Detailed specs can be found on the official page linked below.

LIKO-12 remains in active development, and is still missing support for a music tracker.
