YUME (夢, meaning "dream" in Japanese) - a 3d game engine written from scratch by keyreal for use in his personal game projects. It is written in Haxe/C++ and is using a fork of the Lime library, and was greatly improved thanks to the thorough feedback provided by 8chan users as they tested Speebot demos.
YUME utilizes OpenGL 3.3 and supports various features, including a fast 3D and 2D rendering pipeline, variable framerate, dynamic shadows and lighting, a robust 3D sound system, physics, a UI system, mouse/keyboard/gamepad input system, a 3D particle system, real time reflections, custom file formats for maps, models, skeletal animations, and more.
Currently powers four games: Speebot, Phantom Path, Pilie Pals, and Citadelic.
